What we want?

  • We want to develop a special village where people have the opportunity to live healthy. We propose a very nice area not far away Bucharest but an area with zero pollution;
  • We want to develop houses that will use only recoverable energy with a cost of utilities during operation almost zero;
  • We want to propose to people a certain concept of life: to live in the middle of nature but in a place with all modern comfort, to work in a farm that will provide their food, to make sport, to make travels in Romania or somewhere else;
  • We want to propose to people a social environment where there will be a decent set of rules accepted by everybody aimed to make their life comfortable and nice;
  • We want to assure to all the people from the village a centralised maintenance at the reduced costs and proper quality.
